CT abdomen for epigastric pain.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

Small focal region of subpleural RLL medial basal segmental atelectasis and fibrosis with traction bronchiectasis adjacent to a right-sided lower thoracic vertebral osteophyte.

Case Discussion

Review of previous imaging over the last 8 years confirms the stable appearance of the atelectasis.
