CT scout view shows coarse calcific densities in the pelvis.
Axial non-contrast scan shows a large posterior pelvic mass lesion of predominately fat content and soft tissue component with coarse calcifications.
Case Discussion
The presence of a fatty pelvic mass in a female with associated calcifications makes mature cystic teratoma of the ovary the most likely diagnosis.
