Ovarian dermoid cyst

There is evidence of a left-sided well-defined complex cystic mass lesion containing fat (bright on T1/T2WI and suppressed in FAT SAT) and non-enhancing soft tissue components.
The right ovary is unremarkable.
The uterus is normal in size and shape, anteverted and anteflexed.
Case Discussion
The features are compatible with an ovarian dermoid cyst.
