Expansile lower attenuation mass in the pancreas body and tail causing obstruction of the splenic vein and encasing the splenic artery. Lage and irregular cystic/solid mass of the right ovary, and smaller mass in the left ovary. No other sites of disease.
Case Discussion
Pancreas body/tail mass typical for adenocarcinoma, supported by the occlusion of the splenic vein (common with a mass in this location) and less common Kruckenberg-type metastases of the ovaries. Pancreas adenocarcinoma was confirmed with endoscopic biopsy.
