Repeated epigastric pain. At each episode serum and urinary amylase levels were high.

Case Discussion

Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography has been performed. 

No pancreatic duct/ common bile duct stone is identified at MRCP.

The CBD and pancreatic duct open separately; the pancreatic duct opens at the minor papilla draining the dorsal pancreas. Small ventral pancreatic duct drains along with the CBD at the major papilla.
