Pancreatic adenocarcinoma

An ill-defined hypervascular mass is noted in segment 8 of the liver which becomes isodense with surrounding parenchyma on delayed images.
An isodense low-enhancing lesion is seen in body of pancreas. Fat plane between pancreas and stomach is not seen. Celiac artery trunk is encased.
Several lymph nodes are noted in left gastric chain. The largest one is 14×10 mm. Additionally an 11×10 mm lymph node is seen in para-aortic region.
Case Discussion
Pancreatic mass (pathology-proven adenocarcinoma) with local invasion and vascular encasement, regional and para-aortic lymphadenopathy and suspected hepatic metastasis.
