Presentation

Abdominal pain and palpable mass on physical exam.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Female
ct

60×40 mm mass in the pancreatic body accompanied by distal parenchymal atrophic changes as well as pancreatic duct dilatation. Celiac artery trunk and proximal portions of splenic and hepatic arteries are encased by the mass. In addition, SMV is infiltrated and obstructed by the mass. Several small lymphadenopathies are noted in the vicinity of diseased segment. 

Case Discussion

Pathology proven pancreatic adenocarcinoma with vascular involvement and regional lymphadenopathy.
