A relatively small mass is located in the uncinate process of the pancreas with a preserved fat plane around the superior mesenteric artery and veins. Both the biliary tree and pancreatic duct are dilated. A prominent celiac node is also present. Incidental splenunculi.
Case Discussion
Pancreatic head cancer without convincing vascular invasion / involvement, amenable to resection.
