Age: 75
Gender: Female

Hypodense mass ( 34 * 23 mm ) is seen at body of pancreas with poorly enhancement compared to adjacent normal pancreatic tissue. Distal parenchymal atrophy and ductal dilatation is noted . Peripancreatic fat stranding and few small lymphadenopathy also is seen . A part of splenic artery seems to be involved .

Case Discussion

Hypodense mass at body of pancreas with distal parenchymal atrophy and ductal dilatation in a 75 Y/O female consistant pancreatic ductal carcinoma ( Histology : adenocarcinoma type ) .
