Age: 75 years
Gender: Female

A hypodense mass, 34x23 mm in diameter, is seen at the body of the pancreas with low enhancement compared to adjacent normal pancreatic tissue. The mass encases the proximal portion of the splenic artery. Distal parenchymal atrophy and duct dilatation are also noted.

Additionally, there are peripancreatic fat stranding and a few regional enlarged lymph nodes.
