Shoulder pain for 6 months.

A well-defined cyst is noted deep to infraspinatus. It abuts the posterior aspect of glenohumeral joint.

Case Discussion

Findings favor paralabral cyst of glenohumeral joint. MRI is needed for evaluation of the labrum.
