Case Discussion

The osteomas are benign bone tumors often settle in the sinuses being the most frequent, in order decreasing: the frontal sinus, ethmoidal cells and maxillary sinuses rarely and sphenoidal. They are slow-growing tumors, no tendency to become malignant and unknown etiology.

Most of these lesion do not cause symptoms and are detected incidentally on imaging studies.
