Right lung hypoplasia not present.

Situs solitus and normal cardiac apex.

Right lower lobe Scimitar vein (draining into suprahepatic IVC).

Right lung hypoplasia not present.

Situs solitus and normal cardiac apex.

Case Discussion

Right lower lobe partial anomalous pulmonary venous return (Scimitar vein).

This patient was asymptomatic, and didn't have other features of Scimitar syndrome such as pulmonary hypoplasia.
