Presentation

Hepatic focal lesion for characterization.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Female
ct

Cardiomegaly with aneurysmal dilatation of the right atrium associated with abnormal reflux of contrast  into dilated IVC and hepatic veins. The IVC, the left renal and left ovarian veins are dilated. The liver is cirrhotic.

Right liver lobe hepatic hemangioma with fill-in of contrast material in a centripetal manner. 

Atrophic right kidney. Minimal pericardial effusion as well as perihepatic ascites.

Case Discussion

The patient exhibits typical findings of Passive hepatic congestion with right liver focal turned out to be Hepatic hemangioma.
