Undisplaced intertrochanteric fracture of the right femur and short femoral neck (impacted).

Undisplaced intertrochanteric fracture of the right femur over a sclerotic bone lesion extending to the head of femur.

An osteolytic bone lesion is seen at the right ilium posteriorly.
