Linear calcification adjacent to the medial femoral condyle, paralleling the femoral cortex.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with a Pellegrini-Stieda lesion which is a form of myositis ossificans or soft tissue ossification and may occur a few weeks following an avulsion of the origin of the medial collateral ligament.
