Referred for evaluation of left hydronephrosis. He had undergone pyeloplasty six years before.

MR Urography

MR urography showed grade IV hydronephrosis due to persistent pelviureteric junction obstruction. Note the distorted hilar anatomy. The right kidney was normal.
