There is a retrogastric fluid collection (6x4 cm) with peripheral enhancement, and perilesional fat stranding, communicating with the duodenal bulb through a fistulous tract. This fluid collection seems to be in continuity with another small fluid collection (2x1.7 cm).
The clinical history and CT features are highly suggestive of a perforated duodenal ulcer with abscesses formation.
