There is a retrogastric fluid collection (6 x 4 cm) with peripheral enhancement and perilesional fat stranding, communicating with the duodenal bulb through a fistulous tract. This fluid collection seems to be in continuity with another small fluid collection (2 x 1.7 cm).
Case Discussion
The clinical history and CT features are highly suggestive of a perforated duodenal ulcer with formation of abscesses.
