Suprasphincteric perianal fistula

Presentation

Recurrent perianal pain and yellowish discharge

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Posterior midline fistulous tract seen at 6 o'clock position and ascending in the intersphincteric plane. It penetrates the right levator ani muscle at the 8 o'clock position. A small abscess collection is seen at the 7 o'clock position.
