Pericallosal lipoma

Small pericallosal lesion around the inferior aspect of the splenium centered on the cavum velum interpositum with lateral extension to the choroid plexus of the right lateral ventricle. It shows a high signal on T1, T2 and FLAIR, attenuated on sagittal T1 fat sat sequence in keeping with a lipoma.
