Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Elongated structure at the inferior edge of interhemispheric fissure displaying bright signal on T1 and T2 with low signal on T2 GRE is consistent with fat. The splenium of the corpus callosum is hypoplastic. 

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates fairly typical features of a curvilinear pericallosal lipoma, almost certainly an incidental finding in this clinical setting.
