Pericallosal lipoma - curvilinear

The corpus callosum is mildly hypoplastic with moderate dilatation of the 3rd and lateral ventricles. Small curvilinear pericallosal lesion around the inferior aspect of the splenium of high signal on T1, T2 and FLAIR, attenuated on sagittal T1 fat sat sequence in keeping with a pericallosal lipoma.
