Treated for ischemic cardiomyopathy. presented with cough, and shortness of breath.

Gender: Female
x-ray

Diffuse pericardial calcification seen along the heart borders with dilatation of the right atrium. Bilateral pleural effusion larger on the right with air space opacification.
