A 37×33×25mm well-defined cyst with mean internal attenuation of 10HU is noted at right cardiophrenic angle.
Case Discussion
This case illustrates the appearances of a pericardial cyst and its typical location on right cardiophrenic angle. On chest x ray they can mimic pericardial fat pad or Morgagni hernia.
