A 60 × 27 × 25 mm well-defined fluid attenuation oval-shaped mass is noted next to the pericardium at the right paracardiac region.
Case Discussion
This case illustrates the appearances of a pericardial cyst and its typical location at the right cardiophrenic angle. On chest x-ray they can mimic a pericardial fat pad or Morgagni hernia.
