A well-defined structure with a mean attenuation value of 5 HU is noted at the right cardiophrenic region, abutting the right heart border, measuring 27 × 15mm in diameter.

Case Discussion

Features are most likely compatible with a pericardial cyst, which is an uncommon benign congenital anomaly of the anterior and middle mediastinum.
