Prepontine and right ambient cisternal subarachnoid hemorrhage.
Case Discussion
Non-aneurysmal perimesencephalic hemorrhage is a distinct type of subarachnoid hemorrhage where the source of bleeding is venous. Blood is confined to the basal cisterns around the midbrain.
Cerebral angiogram is negative for an aneurysm.
