Presentation

Atypical chest pain.

Peripherally inserted center catheter (PICC) line in situ, appropriately sited.

Case Discussion

The cause of the chest pain was not identified.  However, it is important to note the left sided PICC line - this had been inserted for administration of chemotherapy. Its position is adequate.
