Peripully ganglion cyst

- site of pain shows an ovoid anechoic lesion is noted abutting A1 pully of 2nd digit.
- pully shows normal thickness.
- no tendinosis / tendon tear / tenosynovitis is noted.
- palmer plate is intact.
- no joint effusion is noted.
- no cortical erosion is seen.

Fingings suggest peripully ganglion cyst.
