Case Discussion
Widespread peritoneal calcification. While there are numerous differentials, in this case, it was secondary to peritoneal dialysis as a treatment of renal failure secondary to recurrent obstructive uropathy.
In Buerger's disease, there is predisposition to occlusion of small and medium sized arteries. The bare metal stent in the SMA is visible.
