Seizures.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
mri

Prominent periventricular grey matter heterotopia is seen along the lateral aspect of the left ventricular trigone. The second probable nodule is present more superiorly just above the tail of the caudate nucleus. The overlying cortex of the left cerebral hemisphere is not overtly abnormal. The right hemisphere appears unremarkable.
