Left leukocoria.

Age: 3 years
Gender: Male

The left eye globe is small in size with non-definition of its lens. A V-shaped structure is seen extending from the site of the lens, through the vitreous humerus (which shows high signal intensity in all sequences) till the optic nerve head.

These findings are typical of persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous (PHPV).
