Repeated fits and headache.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
mri

A large calibered artery is seen arising from the junction between the petrous and cavernous segments of the left ICA, passes posteriorly and medially to form the basilar artery tip, with the latter is seen giving rise to the normal calibered PCAs.

Hypoplastic caudal basilar artery and distal vertebral arteries.
