Presentation

Abnormal penile curvature during erection

Patient Data

Age: 33
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Diffuse thickening of tunica albuginea was seen, with calcific plaques along left corpora cavernosa. Abnormal curvature of penis was seen visually after papaverine injection. No obvious involvement of dorsal artery of penis, penile septum or cavernosal artery was seen.
