A few focal thickening of tunica albuginea was seen, with fibrocalcific plaques along left corpora cavernosa. It demonstrates posterior acoustic shadowing.
No obvious involvement of dorsal artery of penis or cavernosal artery.

Annotated image showed the relationship of the plaque with tunica albuginea and vasculature.
Case Discussion
Echogenic plaques are usually seen on the dorsal aspect of the penis are suggestive of Peyronie disease.
