Phayrngeal pouch arising from the midline of the posterior wall of the distal pharynx near the pharyngoesophageal junction and showing an air-fluid level.
Case Discussion
Air-fluid level within midline of the thoracic inlet is seen on the CXR. Subsequent barium swallow and CT reveal large pharyngeal pouch.
