Case Discussion

This case illustrated from flowing blood in the sagittal sinus and carotids. Periodic ghosting gives the impression of an enhancing lesion in the left occipital lobe as well as anterior to the right temporal horn. Wide windowing demonstrates the ghosting extending beyond the confines of the patient's anatomy.
