From skin opening, a tract is noted extending in mid line caudally for about 50 mm length.
Width - 8 mm
Multiple Linear echogenic foci are noted in the tract - Hair follicles.
No abscess is noted surrounding tract.
Case Discussion
Findings favor pilonidal sinus.
