Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

7 months of amenorrhea. Complaining of acute abdominal - pelvic pain, bleeding per vaginum.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

There is a large avascular retroplacental area of about 10 x 8 cm representing hematoma.

There is fetal bradycardia. Heart rate - 102 beats/min.

Amount of liquor normal. Normal fetal growth.

Findings of a large retroplacental hematoma and fetal bradycardia.

There was preterm delivery within few hours.
