Presentation

Presented to GP with increasing tenderness in the foot when walking. Referred by GP with probable plantar fasciitis.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Hypoechoic nodule within the plantar fascia. 

Non vascular low reflective fibromas. Plantar fascia normal in this case.

Case Discussion

Patient has four fibromas (only two displayed) and a normal plantar fascia origin
