A patchy area of faint opacification is seen within the right hemithorax.

Thick right posterior pleura with dense calcification. Pleural calcification may occur as sequel of old previous hemothorax as part of trauma.
Case Discussion
Marked thickening of the right posterior pleural surface. It has a dense calcific sheet. It occurs as a sequel of hemothorax as a sequence of previous RTA.
