Apical pleural thickening, traction bronchiectasis and reticular thickening. Hilar retraction.
Case Discussion
No history of transplant (this can be seen in CLAD - chronic lung allograft dysfunction). No previous TB, no radiation. Imaging findings are therefore supportive of idiopathic PPFE (pleuroparenchymal fibroelastosis).
