Diffuse infiltrative subcutaneous lesions of the lower abdomen and trunk with mildly enhancing core.

Extensive plexiform neurofibromas involving the lower abdomen and pelvis, seen as diffuse infiltrative subcutaneous lesion with hypointense signal on T1, high signals on T2 with central hypointense central foci giving target appearance.
