Left sided chest pain. Low oxygen saturation

This CT chest demonstrates a left sided pneumothorax associated with partial collapse of left upper lobe. Bronchial wall thickening and narrowing of left upper lobe bronchus also noted. There is bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy.
