AFI is increased at 29.2 cm (i.e. there is polyhydramnios). Umbilical artery Doppler is normal. Cervix measures 3.6 cm long and the internal os is closed.
Case Discussion
There is a history of maternal gestational diabetes, managed on insulin. This is a known cause of polyhydramnios and accounts for the cause in this case.
