MRI of the brain demonstrates abnormal cortical thickening, increased gyri, with a nodular surface of the grey-white matter interface of the posterosuperior margin of the right perisylvian region. Volume loss of the affected region with prominent related extra axial space and compensatory hypertrophy of the related skull are also noted. No cleft or grey matter heterotopia.
Case Discussion
