Diffuse cortical bone thickening and coarsened trabeculae of the pelvis, proximal femurs and distal lumbar vertebrae, also, there is bowing of the femur diaphysis. In L4 we can see the "picture frame" sign. Additionally, there is severe hip osteoarthritis and the right femoral head is missing due to past ressection, leading to cranial dislocation of the femur.
