A small focus of susceptibility artifacts on SWI in the posterior paramedian right hemipons with stippled enhancement and faint corresponding T2 hyperintense signal in keeping with small capillary telangiectasia. It was not visible on T2 (not shown). It is not hypointense on the filtered phase, suggesting blood products rather than calcification.
