A well defined mass with lobulated margin and internal popcorn calcifications is noted at the upper inner portion of the right breast, typical for involuting fibroadenoma. (BI-RADS 2)

Case Discussion

Popcorn calcification in the breast is the classical description for the calcification seen in involuting fibroadenomas, which, as the name suggests, has a popcorn-like appearance.
