Short 4th metacarpal

Positive metacarpal sign : If a line drawn along the heads of the 4th and 5th metacarpals will intersect the head of the 3rd metacarpal (shortened 4th metacarpal). This finding can be a normal variant or seen in a variety of conditions such as Turner syndrome.
